Our Tools

CliftonStrengths Assessment (formerly known as StrengthsFinder) is a tool used to expedite the unlocking of potential.

Research by Gallup shows that individuals who utilize their strengths in daily life experience happiness and quality of life three times greater than those who do not. Additionally, teams that apply their strengths in the workplace can enhance their performance by 8-18%.

“Gallup’s research indicates that each individual has the potential to excel in a particular area. Therefore, the most effective way to develop people is to build upon what they already are.”

The learning program is specifically designed based on the principles of Positive Psychology, focusing on leveraging existing talents and developing strengths. This enables participants to recognize their own strengths and those of their team members, allowing them to work collaboratively and achieve outstanding results for the organization.

The field of psychology regarding ‘strengths development’ believes that everyone possesses inherent abilities known as ‘talents.’ Those who achieve success are individuals who have a deep understanding of their own talents and can leverage them to create value for others. Therefore, a successful team is one that is well aware of the strengths of each member and can effectively utilize them in the right direction.

We use the CliftonStrengths assessment as a tool for self-awareness and team understanding, presenting results as 34 talents divided into four domains of strengths and competencies, as shown in this table. For more details, please see >>

 

 

All participants are required to complete the CliftonStrengths assessment (formerly known as StrengthsFinder) as a tool for self-awareness and team understanding. This will help identify their natural talents, strengths, weaknesses, and blind spots, revealing patterns of thinking and competencies categorized as shown in this example.

All participants must complete the Gallup-CliftonStrengths assessment at least 2 weeks before the training, which takes approximately 45 minutes

  • The coaching team and facilitators create a Team Grid to analyze results, identifying the team’s strengths, weaknesses, and blind spots. This allows for the adjustment of activities to align with the team’s DNA and the learning preferences of the participants.

Module 3 : One on One Coaching & Mentoring (Optional)

As an additional option, you can select specific talents or successors and choose the program and number of sessions according to what is most suitable.

Coaching and individual consulting on leveraging strengths to develop leadership and work skills for talents, resulting in effective changes in perspective and mindset. This leads to behavioral transformations and distinct outcomes. Leaders and HR will gain insights into understanding the strengths and weaknesses of talents, along with pathways for potential development and progress tracking. Together, they will create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) tailored to the unique challenges faced by each individual.
