Module 3: 3 Way Strengths-based Talent Mentoring (Optional)
This individual coaching and mentoring program is designed to help talent leverage their strengths to enhance leadership and work skills, resulting in a transformative shift in perspectives and thinking. The goal is to create lasting behavioral changes that lead to distinct outcomes. Managers and HR will be actively involved in understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the talent, identifying areas for potential development, and tracking progress. Together, they will create an Individual Development Plan (IDP) that addresses each person’s unique challenges and aligns with their development goals.
