The program is specifically designed based on Positive Psychology principles, focusing on leveraging talents and developing existing strengths. It aims to help everyone on the team recognize their own strengths and those of their teammates, enabling them to work together effectively and achieve outstanding results for the organization.

The science of psychology regarding “strengths development” believes that everyone possesses inherent abilities known as “talents.” Successful individuals are those who have a deep understanding of their own talents and can develop and leverage them to create value for others. Therefore, a successful team is one that recognizes the strengths of each member well and can effectively harness those strengths in the right direction.

All coaching participants will take the CliftonStrengths assessment (formerly known as StrengthsFinder) as a tool for self-discovery and team understanding. This assessment will reveal their natural talents, strengths, weaknesses, and blind spots, allowing them to identify thought patterns and competencies categorized as shown in this example.

The Gallup-CliftonStrengths assessment will present the results in 34 themes, categorized into four domains as follows:
